Live Orders
Where is my order?

You can track the order status in real time clicking on your user Profile Icon, in the "My Orders” section.
If the status is ‘Preparing’ it’s still in the kitchen’s restaurant. If it is ‘On the Way,’ it’s currently on its way to you. If there’s any delay, we’ll notify you right away.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is accepted by the restaurant, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Please contact us quickly and we’ll do our best to help!

How will I know when the delivery driver arrives at my door?

We’ll send you an automatic email when your order is on the way. After that, keep an eye on the gate—the driver will be there soon!

Help with ordering
I have issues with the payment. My card is denied.

No worries. We can send you a secure payment link so you can pay with any card. Just reach out to our Support Team via chat.

I cannot save my location. What should I do?

The Google Maps Address field should automatically fill in when you click the "Get Current Location” button. If you’re having trouble with it, please contact our Support Team via chat or write to our Whatsapp: https://wa.me/50670445484. We’ll set up your correct location for you.

What is your delivery coverage area?

We currently deliver to Santa Teresa, Playa Carmen, Mal País, Playa Hermosa, Hacienda Okra and nearby areas.
Coming soon to Nosara, Guiones and more. Login and enter your address to confirm availability and delivery fee.

Until what time can I order?

Our regular delivery hours are from 9am to 10pm, 7 days a week. Some restaurant hours may vary — check each restaurant's page for specifics. 

What are the delivery fees?

Delivery fees vary by location and distance. You'll see the exact fee before confirming your order.

How long does delivery take?

Typical delivery time is 30-60 minutes depending on location and restaurant preparation time.

Do you deliver in bad weather?

We deliver in most weather conditions, but may suspend service during severe storms for safety.
