Live Orders
Where is my order?

You can track the order status in real time clicking on your user Profile Icon, in the "My Orders” section.
If the status is ‘Preparing’ it’s still in the kitchen’s restaurant. If it is ‘On the Way,’ it’s currently on its way to you. If there’s any delay, we’ll notify you right away.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is accepted by the restaurant, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Until what time can I order?

Our regular delivery hours are from 9am to 10pm, 7 days a week. Some restaurant hours may vary — check each restaurant's page for specifics. 

What is your delivery coverage area?

We currently deliver to Santa Teresa, Playa Carmen, Mal País, Playa Hermosa, and nearby areas. Login and enter your address to confirm availability and delivery fee.
