Where is my order?
You can track the order status in real time clicking on your user Profile Icon, in the "My Orders” section.
If the status is ‘Preparing’ it’s still in the kitchen’s restaurant. If it is ‘On the Way,’ it’s currently on its way to you. If there’s any delay, we’ll notify you right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is accepted by the restaurant, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
