SIPP is an online delivery platform that brings your town’s favorite spots straight to your doorstep. We connect customers with local businesses – restaurants, cafés, bars, grocery stores – and handle delivery through our logistics crew to get you what you need, when you need it.
1. Browse & Order: pop into our platform from any device (phone, tablet, or computer) and see what tickles your fancy. Browse by category or search for a specific restaurant, store, dish or product. Sign in, add items to your cart and place your order with a few clicks. You can pay securely with your credit card – easy, fast, and cash-free.
2. We Confirm & Prep: The moment you order, we automatically send the request over to the chosen restaurant or shop. They’ll give it a thumbs up and start prepping your items with love and care. Whether it’s a hot meal being cooked or groceries being packed, we keep things moving quickly. That’s when your Order status will change from Pending, to Accepted and then, to Preparing.
3. Out for Delivery: As soon as your order is ready to roll, one of our SIPP couriers springs into action. They’ll pick up your order and head straight to your location. You can track your delivery in real time on our platform. Feel free to do a little happy dance; your goods are on the way!
4. Delivered & Enjoy: Ding-dong! Delivery has arrived. Our courier will hand off your order at your door. Now all that’s left is to dig in and enjoy.
Currently, SIPP operates in and around Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, covering the nearby locations – from Manzanillo to Santiago, Playa Hermosa, Playa Carmen, and Mal País. We’re a local service, so we know these roads like the back of our hand (yes, that shortcut past the surf shop? We know it). Good news: we’re expanding soon! SIPP will be coming to Nosara next, so stay tuned.
